Oliver Stone Quotes: The Filmmaker’s Most Memorable Statements

Director Oliver Stone has been called a fascist, a socialist, a commie, an anti-semite and any other anti-American synonym you can find on Dictionary.com. However, the vitriol isn’t — at least not completely — caused by the films he’s made; it’s because of the WTF statements that come out of his mouth.

Stone has been known to wax poetic on everything from Hitler to Hugo Chavez. He doesn’t care what you think of him — as he said himself, in a 2004 interview with Esquire, “”I’m not a great man.
