Here’s a change to the “Star Wars” universe George Lucas wishes he could take credit for: Motherf*ckin’ Darth Motherf*ckin’ Jackson … motherf*cker.
BuzzFeed recently unearthed an awesome YouTube compilation of Darth Vader clips from “Star Wars IV: A New Hope,” where Vader’s sinister dialogue has been replaced with famous Samuel L. Jackson quotes from “Pulp Fiction,” “Jurassic Park” and more.
Jackson played Mace Windu in the prequel “Star Wars” films, and was [SPOILER ALERT] killed by Anakin Skywalker in “Revenge of the Sith.” However, this video allows us to imagine a galaxy far, far away, where Windu, in a remarkable twist, becomes the Dark Lord.
Not that drastic changes are foreign to the “Star Wars” franchise: Lucas, who created the series, has made numerous alterations to the original movies, from the digitally inserted tacky hologram of Hayden Christensen’s Anakin at the end of “Return of the Jedi,” to the “Who Shot First” debacle between Han and Greedo.
Then again, with the rest of the “Star Wars” films coming out in 3D over the next five years, you never know what Lucas will do — or do not — next.
